Shipping policy

we provide different shipping services based on your location. we have two major zones, Palestinian territories and Palestine 48 (Israel). rates vary based on location. there will be only 3 delivery attempts only, if not answered or available to receive the order you'll be required to contact us to reship your order.

pick up location available at Yabous store - al-Zahra street Jerusalem for a flat rate of 10 NIS. all pickups must happen within 10 days since.

all orders are shipped within 2-3 business days.
